A Glimpse into Our Mission
Meet Cobi. He began receiving Center for Human Services (CHS) Missouri First Steps and Early Head Start services at six months old. Upon enrollment, he started receiving various supports to assist with his goals and milestones. Thanks to the support of CHS Missouri First Steps and Early Head Start, weekly home visits from an occupational therapist, Cobi has overcome many challenges associated with Achondroplasia. He is now demonstrating typical development for a child his age and no longer needs the level of support he once received.
CHS Family and Child Development has opened doors for Cobi and his family to a Life Beyond Limitations.
