Affordable Rental Housing

Center for Human Services offers a variety of safe and affordable housing options for income-eligible individuals through our apartment complexes located in Pettis and Saline counties. These apartments, funded and subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), include income-based rent, which enables individuals to have their own apartment who otherwise could not afford one.

Affordable Rental Housing Services

Our mission extends into residential areas of the community. Center for Human Services works to find homes for those who strive for independence despite challenges. The best part of this program is that these homes are available based on your income. Also, living in affordable housing does not disqualify you from the other services you receive from us.

Many apartment complexes have live-in managers. This can be comforting when little things pop up that may require a helping hand.
