Ann Graff, CEO has worked for CHS for 33 years in multiple capacities, beginning her career as a Direct Support Professional (Houseparent), and moving on to become Director of Community Living, Director of Field Operations, Director of Human Resources, and Executive Director/CEO. She has held multiple leadership roles with the Missouri Association of County Developmental Disabilities, (an association of County Developmental Disability Tax Levy Boards) and is on several local boards. Ann holds a BSE in Special Education and a MA in Management and Human Resource Development. On a personal note, she is a “closet blues singer” and enjoys spending time with her husband, her two children, and six grandchildren.
Chief Operating Officer
Debby has worked for CHS for 27 years starting in the role of Director of Administration/CFO over Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Staff Compensation and Benefits. In 2007, she took on the responsibility to lead CHS’s Administration teams that consist of Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Contracting, Staff Compensation and Benefits, Building Maintenance, Transportation, Information Technology and Procurement. Debby has over 37 total years of experience in the Accounting/Administrative field and is a very structured detailed oriented person which has served her well as she leads the Administrative teams to be the best and most efficient support department for CHS.
Director of Development
Susan has led CHS fundraising efforts for the past 24 years. She plays an active role in her community and promotes CHS and the Sedalia business community as the past Chamber of Commerce President. She’s a “cheerleader” for many and enjoys life to its fullest.
Director of Day Services
Molly has worked for CHS for 29 years. Beginning as a Parent Educator for our Family & Child Development team, she transitioned to our Employment Services Department for a few years, and then ultimately found her niche in Community Living services. Molly has led the department as Director of Community Living for the last 23 years, proudly serving hundreds of individuals throughout Central Missouri during her tenure.
Director of Service Coordination
Linda has worked for CHS for over 23 years in the Service Coordination department, initially starting out as the Team Leader and growing through the ranks to become a Director. Linda has over 28 years of experience in the developmental disability field with 26 years in service coordination. In addition to being responsible for the operation of service coordination in nine counties, she also oversees the quality assurance for the agency.
Chief Program Officer
Loletta has worked for CHS for over 30 years in the Family & Child Development Department. She began her career in the department as a mental health provider on the early intervention teams. She has been a provider in many of the department’s programs and in various leadership roles. She transitioned into the FCD Director role in December 2006. In addition to program leadership, she is the grants writer for the state and federal grants awarded to the agency, serving children under three and their families. She has served on many local and state boards, including the Missouri Head Start Association. She is very active in the community supporting other organizations and youth programs, including the Mentoring program at Washington Elementary.
Director of Employment Services
Kim has worked for CHS since 2013, beginning her tenure as the Community Employment Manager. Promoted to the Director of Employment in 2015, Kim has worked vigorously to transform the Employment Services Department into one of the premier employment provider agencies in the state. During her tenure at CHS, Kim and her team have won the Missouri State APSE Cutting Edge Award in 2016, the MACDDS Cutting Edge award in 2016, and the National APSE Best Practices Award at the National Conference in June 2019 for their transformation of the Employment Services Department. Kim currently serves as the Employment Division Chair and President-Elect for the Missouri Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (MARF), is an active board member of The Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE), and serves on the Missouri Association for Individuals for Developmental Disabilities (AIDD) Board. While Kim is not paving the way for Employment First, you can find her spending time with her daughter and extended family and traveling as often as possible.
Director of Community Living
Bonnie has worked at CHS since 1994. She began as a Program Supervisor overseeing community-based programs in Saline County. She transitioned to Program Manager and began supervising the day programs in Saline and Pettis Counties. In 2018, Bonnie became the Lead Program Manager for Community Living Residential and Day Programs. Also, in 2018 Bonnie was accepted into the Commission on Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) surveyor program. She successfully completed the program and is currently a CARF Surveyor. In November 2020, Bonnie became the Director of Community Living. In her leisure time, Bonnie enjoys baking desserts and traveling.
Director of Family & Child Development
Shawn has worked for CHS for over 20 years in the Family and Child Development Department. She began her early childhood education career over 30 years ago with the Department of Defense Child Develop Programs in Germany, California, and South Carolina before moving to Missouri. Shawn started at CHS as a lead teacher with the Missouri Preschool project before taking over as Early Care and Education Site Manager. In that role, she successfully ensured high-quality education services for the program's childcare center by leading the process to become accredited with Missouri Accreditation and maintaining that certification since 2002. She transitioned into the Director of Family and Child Development role in October 2020. Shawn serves on the Missouri Head Start Association board, as well as being active with her family and grandchildren.
Director of Human Resources
Norm came to CHS in 2019 after spending over 35 years in manufacturing with international and local companies. It was while serving as a CHS Board Member and working with several CHS clients in the workplace that he became passionate about the CHS mission and wanted to do more in support of CHS and those it serves. He looks forward to supporting CHS, employees, and clients in the role of Director of Human Resources. Norm holds a master’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and enjoys working with people. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities with his family and friends. He enjoys supporting local and state conservation efforts through organizations such as Ducks Unlimited, The Missouri Conservation Federation, and the Missouri Cattlemen’s Association.
