Ann Graff

CEO

Ann, CHS CEO, has worked for CHS for 30 years in multiple capacities, including Houseparent, Director of Housing, Director of Field Operations, Director of Human Resources, and Executive Director/CEO. She is active with the Missouri Association of County Developmental Disabilities, and on several local boards. On a personal note, she is a “closet blues singer” and enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren.


Debby Sanders

Director of Administration

Debby is in her 25th year with CHS. Starting as Director Accounting and CFO, her position has expanded to include the IT, Maintenance and Transportation Departments.


Susan Mergen

Director of Development

Susan has led CHS fundraising efforts for the past 20 plus years. She plays an active role in her community and promotes CHS and Sedalia wherever she goes. She’s a “cheerleader” for many and enjoys life to its fullest.


Molly Scheiner

Director of Community Living

Molly has worked for CHS for 27 years. Beginning as a Parent Educator for our Family & Child Development team, she transitioned to our Employment Services Department for a few years, and then ultimately found her niche in Community Living services. Molly has led the department as Director of Community Living for the last 21 years, proudly serving hundreds of individuals throughout Central Missuouri during her tenure.


Linda Holland

Director of Service Coordination

Linda has worked for CHS for over 20 years in the Service Coordination department, initially starting out as the Team Leader and growing through the ranks to become a Director. Linda has over 27 years of experience in the developmental disability field with 25 years in service coordination. In addition to being responsible for the operation of service coordination in seven counties, she also oversees the quality assurance for the agency.


Loletta Combs

Director of Family & Child Development

Loletta has worked for CHS for over 30 years in the Family & Child Development Department. She began her career in the department as a mental health provider on the early intervention teams. She has been a provider in many of the department’s programs and in various leadership roles. She transitioned into the FCD Director role in December 2006. In addition to program leadership, she is the grants writer for the state and federal grants awarded to the agency, serving children under three and their families. She has served on many local and state boards, including the Missouri Head Start Association. She is very active in the community supporting other organizations and youth programs, including the Mentoring program at Washington Elementary.


Kim Anderson

Director of Employment Services

Kim has worked for CHS for five years, beginning her tenure as the Community Employment Manager.Promoted to the Director of Employment in 2015, Kim has worked vigorously to transform the Employment Services Department into one of the premier employment provider agencies in the state. Kim currently serves as the Employment Division Chair for the Missouri Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (MARF), serves on the State MARF Board, and is an active member of The Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE). While Kim is not paving the way for Employment First in the areas we serve, you can find her spending time with her family, which involves being the mother of two young children, and taking every opportunity, she can to travel and spend time with her extended family.


Janet Miller

HR Director

Janet has worked as the Director of HR at CHS for less than a year, but has a previous 22 year history with the organization.  She resides in Marshall with her husband of 42 years and two dogs.  She is the mother of three and a proud grandma.
