CHS Receives APSE Best Practice Award
APSE-MO is the Missouri state chapter of the Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE), a national organization committed to improving and expanding integrated employment opportunities, services, and outcomes for people experiencing disabilities. APSE members are the foundation of advocacy for integrated employment, operating at the local, regional, state-wide, and national levels.
Recently, the Center for Human Services (CHS) received the Best Practices Award at the state conference, held in Columbia, Mo. This award is the highest award the organization bestows upon innovative and effective agencies/individuals whom continue to forge the way for individuals with disabilities in their pursuit of integrated employment. Chaz Nickolaus, from the Missouri Developmental Disabilities Council, nominated CHS for the award.
At CHS, we believe that everyone deserves to live a Life Without Limitations, so we aim to create opportunities on a daily basis to make that possible.
