TRAINING YOU FOR MORE EXPERIENCES

Vocational Training provides training to individuals who are behaviorally and medically manageable.  The day consists of simulated work and curriculum.  Our goal is to help people become more independent with training through various experiences.  These include trips to businesses to expose them to possible opportunities, mock experiences and social events to work on appropriate behaviors and many more.

• Computer Skills Training (development of cards, general typing skills)
• Office related skills
• Socially Appropriate Work Behaviors

• Safety Training
• Specialized training blocks (housekeeping, ground maintenance, material handling….)
• Tours of local businesses or companies exposing people to a variety of employment opportunities.    
• Proofing work/Quality checking
