Available in Pettis and Saline counties, the Community Support Coordination Program (CSC) offers a variety of support and training services to assist individuals with developmental or other disabilities to live independently. The individual served and his/her interdisciplinary team develop goals and determine what types of training and/or supports are needed. The CSC staff will then assist the individual to help him/her achieve their goals. CSC’s provide training and support in such areas as cooking, budgeting, grocery shopping, cleaning, and hygiene, social/interpersonal skills, as well as medication management and scheduling of appointments.
