Cooperative Workshops, Inc. (CWI) provides jobs for men and women with disabilities. Employees are given opportunities to develop employment goals. Employees are challenged to expand vocational, social and personal skills to enhance employability either at CWI or in competitive jobs. Staff will work with employees to help reach the desired level of employment.

The CWI On-Site Work Crews offer community employment opportunities to men and women with disabilities. Supervisors and trainers will assist the employees and teach job skills in an industrial or outdoor environment.

How employees benefit from CWI:
- Employees will work in a respectful and safe environment
- Support and training will be provided for each employee to help develop positive work behaviors.
- Health, personal, financial, transportation and advocacy services will also be provided.
- Staff will work cooperatively not only with employees, but also with parents, guardians and community support staff.
